ROAM BLK is committed to making travel planning accessible to everyone in our community, including travelers with disabilities. We believe access to culturally-affirming travel resources is a right, and we work to ensure our mobile application, website, and communications are usable by the widest possible audience.

Olang Global LLC, the operator of ROAM BLK, is committed to providing a digital experience that conforms substantially with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). ROAM BLK includes content and services provided by third parties, including but not limited to: Firebase (Google), Stripe, RevenueCat, Expo, App Store and Google Play, external destination images, and host-supplied listings. We do our best to choose accessible providers but cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or services we do not control.

8. Feedback & Requests for Accommodation

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in ROAM BLK, or if you would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us. We treat accessibility reports as high-priority and aim to acknowledge them within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

When reporting an issue, please include (where possible): the page or screen affected, the device and operating system, the assistive technology in use, and a brief description of the barrier and the outcome you expected.
