Barbados is one of the safest countries in the Caribbean and a well-run, prosperous island. Bridgetown and the West Coast are extremely safe. The East Coast (Bathsheba) is rugged — beautiful but know the strong currents. Overall this is an exceptionally safe destination with warm Bajan hospitality.
